The Answers You Need
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Absolutely! We will use whatever food and medications you send with your pet and it will only be distributed to your pet as you have instructed us to do so.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
With our overnight boarding your pet will have his own room, heated and cooled, and outdoor area. During the day all pets have "Pack Play" where we let all friendly dogs run and play in the yard under supervision. If your pet is more of a solo artist, we allow time for just that pet to roam and play with our team of handlers. Each pet will be fed per instructed from you, each pet has a cot and is allowed 1-2 comfort items from home.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
You can can purchase the picture updates with your stay package, we ask you refrain from calling every day as we are busy making sure all pets are getting the quality care we strive to achieve, but rest assured you furry friend is well looked after. If it is an extended stay we provide updates every couple of days.
